We trust that you will be delighted with your product/s, however in the unlikely event that you may need to return your item/s we have tried to make the process as straightforward as possible. Our terms do not affect your legal rights and a summary of your legal rights, in relation to the products, is set out at the end of this page.

If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, with the dispatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price of the product. Freight and tax charges that may result from your return will not be covered.

Please note, exempting any warranty cases, box sets containing several items may only be returned for a refund as a whole, i.e, if seeking a refund for a set all of the original items included must be returned.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process from the date that the watch is received.

a. Unwanted Products

b. Faulty Products

We carefully package our goods to ensure safe travel and arrival in good condition. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered then we will replace your order free of charge or issue a full refund as long as your request is within 30 days of receipt. You must return the item/s to receive your replacement or refund. We work in accordance with your legal rights and always hope to accommodate customer requests.

Refund will only be issued if the non-faulty product(s) arrive at d&a in their original condition including the watch case and strap for watches. If not, we reserve ourselves the right to refuse the return or to issue a refund.

Once we have confirmed that your claim is valid you will be refunded directly to the credit or debit card used in the original purchase.

c. Returning unwanted or faulty products

Please contact our customer service by email at customer-service@decideandact.com to start the return process.

Until they reach us, you will be liable for the returned product(s).

d. Recycling your old DecideAndAct watch – The waste electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Legislation

The uncontrolled disposal of electrical and electronic equipment can cause damage to the environment and is legally sanctioned by each country member of the EU in application of the Directive on the Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Directive 2002/96 / CE WEEE). If you want to get rid of an old watch, or its battery, you must return it to a place specially designed for recycling of electrical and electronic waste or to a dealer when purchasing a new watch.  d & a is at your disposal for further information on this subject.
